Our products are handmade or custom-made. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than quality issues.
If there is a quality issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lulunana119900@outlook.com with detailed photos and a description of the problem. We will review your request and inform you if a return or refund is approved.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, ”you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days“, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in its original packaging

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if approved), we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
